This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Entry requirements
- Applicants must provide evidence of successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent.
- Students must be over 18 years of age at time of course commencement.

After achieving the ICT40315 Certificate IV in Web-Based Technologies, candidates may undertake a range of Diploma or further level qualifications within the ICA11 Training Package, or other Training Packages.
